Touch of Pink

Black and white stripes are a major fashion trend right now, but with a pop of another color can add a bit of a twist! I pulled the color pink "out" in this outfit, which you can see. I am wearing a black and white striped sweater with a light pink stripe around the bottom and sleeves. It's a lose-fitted and light top so there is a touch of spring-like fashion to the look since the season is right around the corner. I am wearing a pair of dark wash colored jeans with a rolled cuff at the bottom. My shoes also bring out the pink in the top; I wore my red/pink booties. They are a new purchase, so I was excited to wear them with this outfit. I finished my outfit with a simple ring with pink details in it, which I mentioned in an earlier post was a gift from my Mom! This is a relaxed look that is so simple to put together. If you just have a plain black and white striped shirt, you can add any pop of color with accessories like shoes, jewelry, scarves, or anything!
