Homecoming Nails

Last weekend I went to UW-Oshkosh homecoming. Their colors are black and gold and since we were going to the football game, I needed to design my nails in the Titan's spirit! I started off by painting my nails a solid gold color. I then did a half moon shape at the top of my nail and painted the rest of my nail black. This design has been featured in magazines and commercials lately, so I wanted to give it a try. I still needed something extra though, so I painted a football on my ring finger with three little dots around it to incorporate the black from the other nails. Drawing the football was actually pretty easy to create; I just painted an egg-shaped design with sharper ends and then added the white lace with straight lines! I finished off my nails with a clear top-coat and was ready to celebrate the OshKosh Homecoming!
