Dressy Night Out

This outfit is a little more dressy, but still perfect for going out to dinner or going to a party! The black, high waisted skirt with the leather rim around the bottom looks good with any color top, but I wore it with a blue and black stripped shirt. I went with the dark colors since it is still so cold outside. I wore black tights and black, tall riding boots. The boots make the outfit dressy, but not too much. I then added a long, simple pendant necklace. I didn't want to wear a statement necklace since the shirt is stripped and that may be too busy. I love this outfit and it's so simple to put together!
